Have your club host a table at Winter 2013 Welcome Day. Complete the Welcome Day Table Request Form.

Complete this form if you would like to order food using your club’ account.
Student Club Re-Registration Form
Complete this form at the beginning of each new semester to reserve meeting rooms and maintain active status for your club.
