Just “Say YES!” to Improv!

The recommended second Drama course in the series, Improvisational Acting, is another way to break down barriers and free up your creative expression.

Having trained at the Second City in Chicago, Jaffe believes that improvisational skills apply to so many aspects of our lives. “Improvisation gives us practice in saying “Yes” to ideas and to each other, and building on those ideas – it teaches us flexibility in problem solving and creative thinking.  It also frees up the actor so when they step into scripted work, they have more options in interpretation and performance choices.”
